Social Work Leadership

By Rachel L. West
Advocacy & Community Outreach Consultant

I am posting this on behalf of Monica Leisey. She is conducting a study into leadership within the social work profession.

Recruitment information

Are you a social work leader?  Do you know a social work leader?  What are the characteristics of social work leadership?

You are invited to participate in a research project designed to begin identifying the unique characteristics of leadership within the social work profession.  Our goal is to identify essential social work leadership characteristics.  Phone interviews will be approximately 30-45 minutes in length.

Your contribution will be very valuable to our work regarding social work leadership.  Without the help of social workers like you, our framework will not have the most important piece of information: the wisdom and experience of real social workers in our community.

Please help us to understand the characteristics of social work leadership.  All information and your participation will be kept anonymous.

If you are interested, please contact Monica Leisey at: mleisey@salemstate.edu.

Thank you in advance for your consideration.
