Continuing The Conversation

By Rachel L. West, MSW, LMSW

After publishing last weeks post Can We Please get to Work Already? I have received a few responses from readers.  Please feel free to continue commenting (publicly or privately).  I wanted to share a couple of articles related to the post that some of you may find interesting.

This article was sent to me on Twitter by @Social_Werkk.  It explores the need for unionization among nonprofit workers and whether or not nonprofits will try to block their employees efforts to form a union.

Then there was this article written by the same person who created When You Work for a Nonprofit which you may have seen making the rounds over the past week.
